Contemplation ~ A Portal to the Rhythms of the Universe
Esther Kennedy OP, Co-director of Spirit Mountain Retreat in Idyllwild, CA.

Throughout our Universe is the Life Force ebbing and flowing. We know this through the cycling of planets and heavenly bodies. Our human breath carries the rising and falling of this Life Force within our body. During this contemplative retreat, we will bring ourselves into great attunement and alignment with the ebb and flow of Divine Energy within us and beyond us. The days will unfold through reflective presentations, chant, simple movement, creative expression/sharing, and contemplative prayer.

Esther Kennedy is a Dominican sister from Adrian, Michigan. Her experiences in both India and Indonesia have awakened in her a deep sense of the sacred and a gentle compassionate spirituality. Esther is Director of Spirit Mountain Retreat in Idyllwild, Ca.
